Yacht Recruitment Services
Baynz Marine specializes in worldwide yacht crew recruitment for private and charter vessels. We recruit Captains, Engineers, Chefs, Mates, Bosuns, Chief Stews, Stewardesses, and Deckhands — carefully matching candidates on experience, licensing, personality fit, and owner expectations. Whether building an entire program from scratch or sourcing a single crew member, we deliver a personalized service trusted by owners, Captains, and yacht programs worldwide.
Placement Fees
Dual-role positions (e.g. Captain/Engineer, Stew/Cook) carry an additional $500 fee.

Estate Provisioning & Inventory

Estate Facilities Vendor Coordination

Baynz Marine & Estate provides personalized UHNW guest services throughout San Diego — delivering discreet, professional support tailored to luxury lifestyles. Services include guest itinerary coordination, luxury transportation arrangements, provisioning, hospitality preparation, reservation assistance, event support, waterfront logistics, and personalized concierge assistance for owner stays, visiting guests, and private events.
Global Yacht Charter Broker Services
Baynz Marine provides worldwide luxury yacht charter brokerage services across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, New England, Mexico, Alaska, and beyond. We work closely with clients to understand their preferences, itinerary goals, and desired onboard experience — matching them with the most suitable vessel and crew for family vacations, corporate entertainment, special celebrations, and luxury travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- —Assist Captain with navigation, watch-keeping, and vessel operations
- —Manage deck operations, maintenance schedules, and safety drills
- —Strong tender driving and towing operations
- —Manage lines, anchoring, and docking procedures
- —Itinerary: Florida, U.S. East Coast cruising, and Bermuda
Requirements
- —Minimum 100 Ton USCG License
- —Minimum 2 years experience as Mate on similar-sized motor yachts
- —Strong tender driving and towing experience
- —Solid deck operations, maintenance, and watchkeeping skills
- —Must be legal to work in the U.S. (Citizen, Green Card, or valid work authorization)
Engineer — 125ft Westport
Yacht — US Flag | Immediate Start | Couples Considered
Key Responsibilities
- —Full responsibility for diesel engines, generators, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC
- —Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs
- —Manage engine room logs, spares inventory, and vendor coordination
- —Hands-on, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- —Itinerary: Florida, U.S. East Coast cruising, and Bermuda
Requirements
- —Engineering qualification required — minimum AEC 1 & 2
- —Minimum 3 years' experience as Engineer on similar-sized motor yachts
- —Strong knowledge of diesel, generators, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- —Must be legal to work in the U.S. (Citizen, Green Card, or valid work authorization)
- —Couples considered: Deck/Stew with min. 100 Ton License + Engineer applying together
Housekeeper / House Manager
Land-Based — NYC | Private Family
Key Responsibilities
- —Full housekeeping and daily management of a beautifully appointed 3,000 sq ft Tribeca penthouse
- —Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property
- —Coordinate household vendors, deliveries, and service appointments
- —Manage household inventory, provisioning, and laundry
- —Work independently and proactively to anticipate the needs of the principal family
Requirements
- —Chief Stewardess or strong 2nd Stewardess seeking a land-based transition
- —Previous yachting experience highly desirable
- —Strong eye for detail with experience maintaining luxury environments
- —Ability to work independently, proactively, and with full discretion
- —Long-term commitment to a private family preferred
